Once the process is complete, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. All jewelry items are eligible for return or exchange as long as they are in new and sellable condition within 100 days of the arrival date. However, the discretion of the Cufflinkswala team will be used to determine if an item is in a suitable condition for exchange or return.

Once we receive your return or exchange, it will be processed within 5 days, and refunds will take up to an additional 7 business days to process, depending on your bank. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
